Peachtree Requires Curent Version of Internet Explorer

Greetings,

I jut got an error message stating that an operation I was trying to perform could not be completed because, and I quote: "In order to display this area, a current version of Microsoft Internet Explorer must be installed on your computer" I was simply trying to access the payroll setup wizard and I later tried to run a software uptae and the same error message was displayed.

I'm running Peachtree Premium Accounting 2007 on IE7, what's going on?

Peachtree 2007 and IE 7.0 experience a lot of incompatiblities with each other. IE 7.0 was introduced after Peachtree 2007 was designed. You can try to uninstall IE 7.0 via the Windows Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs. Windows will then restore the previous IE 6.0 version. Note, that when doing this most incompatiblity issues will be resolved but not always are ALL issues reversed. This is from direct experience.
