Peachtree does error reports and shuts down everytime i attempt to do reconciliation

If anyone can help me with this, that would be great.

I could not use the reconciliation feature of my Ptree Premium 2007. Everytime I click my reconciliation, my Ptree freezes and sends an error report and closes out. Why is this? Does anyone know?:mad:

First thing to do is make a backup and then go into the utilities menu and run the basic validation utilities. Some errors may be found and fixed or not. If errors appear fixed you can try again, otherwise let us know what specific errors you get and then we can suggest how to proceed.
If you are not comfortable working with the utilities you might want to find a Peachtree certified consultant to help you.
