Should I upgrade to Quantum ??

I currently have PTC 2007.
My backup is 145MG.
I have a server Dell Power Edge 700 3.2GHZ 1MG RAM
My local machine is 2.8GHZ 2.0MG RAM
Seems to run slow Example: Wait to get to print screen on deposit 30 seconds.
Wondering if Quantum will make this faster or should I upgrade RAM on the server?

Check for software conflicts including Firewall Software. This is typically the source for this type of problem. You may be able to set the FW Software to allow the passing of the necessary Peachtree, Pervasive and Microsoft files (see the Peachtree Installation manual for a list of these files).

You may be able to improve performance in a general manner by increasing the RAM memory on the SERVER, purging the TEMP / TMP folders and defragging all drives.
