Anyone experienced with service company add ons?

I am looking for feedback from people who use, or have clients who use one of the service management programs that interface with Peachtree. Automated Service by Ascent and ESC by dESCO are listed on Peachtree's sight, but if there are others that people are using, I'd be interested to hear about those too.

In particular,what do you like and dislike about them. How well do they integrate with Peachtree? Do they provide good service, etc?

We do not use it, but have looked at ESC by dESCO software. I have been in contact with Mike Haley, He was very helpful with all the questions I had at the time. We have not gone with them yet due to budge shortage.
