I need to be able to print a job cost report showing all a/p but also showing what has been paid and what hasn't for a particular job only. Is there any way to do this.

Likely you will need some type of external reporting system. Are you familiar with Crystal Reports? You can also try that PAWCom utility and try making the reports in Access.

I always reference the job name in the Purchase Order Number field as I bill each job, then check that field to show on the Customer Ledger report in A/R. ( This only works if all the invoices for that job are billed to the same Customer. ) The job cost module in Peachtree could use a lot of additional features in future upgrades...:rolleyes:
