Hello Peachtree experts,

Peachtree Complete 7.0.03.098 is placing incorrect numbers in two of the entries in a few of the payroll tax fields on the Yearly Earnings Report. The amounts on the Employer/Employee field boxes of the payroll entry form are correct. If I change the amounts, for Soc_Sec_ER, Medicare_E and SUI_ER to zero the amounts on the Yearly Earnings Report change to no value, but if I try placing the correct numbers on the payroll entry form, the incorrect numbers appear back on the Yearly Earnings Report.

The report places the SUI_ER amount under another tax calculationGLI_ER. It adds the amount of the Medicare_E tax calculation as a positive value to L&I_ER and adds another number not shown in the Payroll entry form to the SUI_ER spot.

I tried deleting the entire payroll entry and creating a new one with the same results. I also tried a couple of Data Syncronization tests and Repair Company without sucess. I then restored to my backup before conducting the tests.

What can be done to correct the reports?

Have you changed the position of the field under Maintain, Default Information, Employees ?

I changed the order of my fields once and it really screwed up my w-2's for that year. I had to manually create them based on the Yearly Earnings Report.
