this month I have 4 credit card transactions that are not showing up in my account reconciliation. The bank shows all of them. 3 of the 4 show a zero balance owed when looking up the specific transaction. When you go into "Journal" on the specific transaction the sales order screen shows that two accounts are "to be calculated". One is an inventory account and the other is purchase for resale. I have never had this before. I have run the data verification with no luck.

Check the CASH ACCOUNT listed in the transaction. Is it the same GL account as the one selected in Account Reconciliation?

One of them went into a bad debt acct so I changed it to the cash account and it solved the problem. Thanks. The other two were hidden by another transaction(my fault for not seeing it). That leaves the last one which shows nothing under cash receipts. This is the one that also shows nothing under the amount pd at time of sale. Even though its a cc trans and the bank shows it

Was the cc posted at time of invoicing under the amt paid at sale window? Please advise. I am having the same problem and can't find the receipt/deposit of the cc/pd at sale posted anywhere in the GL. We process cc's but not through Peachtree - it's an outside merchant processor that is not linked to the accting program - does that make a difference?

Yes it was done at the same time, and we do it through PT
