Is it possible to set up two dates?

I have a client that besides a regular accounting date needs an independant date that he can use to keep track of how much a nursing home used of a type of food each week. The G/L is set up with
direct costs according to main food items.
Meat, dairy, bread etc. Anyone have any idea's of how it can be done in PT?

Not internally within the program, but there are a number of ways to extract the transactional data to Access, Excel, or Crystal Reports to generate the report that you need.

There are several qualified players within this forum that can easily knock this out for you if decide to outsource this. It sounds like a fairly straightforward reporting requirement.
