Moving position of quantity and item in sales orders

Have a customer who would like me to move the item field before the quantity field in the sales order entry screen. Can this be done?

The only thing that you can change about Peachtree's input screens is to selectively turn on or off certain fields by way of the screen templates.

If your customer wants a particular user intface, you'll have to create that outside the software, then use DDE, import, or PawCOM to insert the transactions into Peachtree.

Do they want this change to appear on the input screen or on the sales order that prints? If it is just the printed version then you can open the form in design view, double click on the group object property box and change which column appears where, using the move field arrows on the right.
