Purchase Requisition

Is there a "purchase requisition" anywhere in Peachtree? On the Sales Order side, there is the Quote that converts to Sales Orders. I have situations where I need to purchase "non-stock" items for a job. It would be nice for engineering, or any requestor, to be able to fill out a requisition within PT that I could easily convert to a Purchase Order. Or, is there a way to import information into Purchase Orders directly from Excel? Any insight would be helpful.

Peachtree does not have Purchase Requistion module per se. You can enter a Purchase Order, print it and later simple force it closed by re-opening the PO and placing a checkmark in the Close PO box, located under the PO Number.

Peachtree allows the import of new / open Purchase Orders created in the likes of Excel. Peachtree will import Comma Separated Value or CSV formated files, which Excel can create. See Peachtree's HELP and Search on IMPORT.
