Chart of Accounts in a report?

I am wondering if there is any way for me to get the chart of account id #s into the cash disbursements journal? I have the PT 2005 version. In fact, it appears that it cannot be added to any reports.

Also where on earth does the account id that is in the cash disbursement journal come from???? It has to be defaulted from somewhere, but where? I can't find it.

I'm a little confused by your question. The GL Account ID is on all the journals by default.

If you can't see the G/L accounts on your transactions, go to Options, global and uncheck the "hide GL account" boxes. Also - on any transaction, you can click the journal button to see what accounts are being hit.
