I am trying to design a combination invoice/statement for my architectual firm client. They want to keep the form looking as similar as possible to the one that they have been using on Excel. I need to subtotal some extensions based on revenue account numbers. I also need to incorporate some of the fields from the statement form into the invoice. I have purchase Crystal Reports and have had no success in self-training. Help. I am quite computer literate but am stuck on this one. I either need to use the exisiting reports or find a Crystal Reports seminar. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

DawnL - Don't feel alone. Crystal is not easy and don't think you are the only one that experiences problem using it in connection with Peachtree - it is NO WALK IN THE PARK trust me when I tell you this.
Maybe if you shed some light on the layout of the form that they are presently using where they would like to keep it looking like the Excel spreadsheet. Us Together may be able to help you.
Best regards,
Mark

Thanks for validating the difficulty of Crystal Reports. I was feeling quite stupid. The main issue on this invoice template is generating subtotals. I have 2 revenue streams from clients-design services and reimbursables. Each has sub-categories i.e. different billable rates and types of reimbursable expense. Below is a typical layout:
Description Quantity Rate Extension
Professional Services
Design Fees-Principle 5 $100.00 $500.00
Design Fees-Staff 10 $ 75.00 $750.00
Subtotal $1,250.00
Reimbursables
In-house Plots 15 $6.00 $90.00
Mileage 40 .34 $13.60
Subtotal $103.60
Invoice Total $1,353.60
Account History
Billed to Date xxxxx
Paid to Date xxxxx
Total Outstanding xxxxx
30 days 60 Days 90 Days Total
xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx
