Is there a way to bill a customer in installments without creating multiple invoices. For example, if I have an invoice for $10,000, can I create a statement for 50% the first month, 30% the next month, and 20% the last month?

Statements are based on outstanding invoices. Therefore, you can't create a statement for 50% of an outstanding amount one month and 30% another month, and 20% the last month.

You can, however, create invoices without printing them by entering an invoice number. Peachtree thinks the invoice has been printed if an invoice number is assigned to the invoice. You can enter an invoice number of 1001A, 1001B, 1001C for each of the months and then just print the statements.
