Multiple Local Tax

Is it possible to set up multiple local taxes? ie a school tax as well as a city tax. Residents of that city pay the school tax as well as local but a non-resident will pay only local tax and not the school tax.

Sure. You will have to manually setup the tax using Help, and you will be using the Special 1 and Special 2 lines to handle the status/witholdings, etc.
