I am trying to use Peachtree complete 2007 with a propane gas delivery business.
I cannot figure out how to print a report by delivery address...example I need to be able to query/report on street name so that I can see the street name and house # and city. such as every delivery address on Pearl St. in Princeton. I had someone come in and ask if we serviced an account at a particular address that they were interested in renting the house and I was not able to tell them as the only way I know how to look up accounts is by the customers name which would have been the prior tenant...but the new tenant did not know the previous tenants name. Also in many cases the billing address and the delivery address are different thus I need to be able to choose to query or print this information on a report...also I'm not sure where to enter the delivery address when it is differnt from the billing address,
Also is there any reports that will list the customers name, physical address, #of units and the product sold (as shown on the sales invoice) with the ability to sort view/print by street name house # and city.
Any help would most appreciated,
