I have always printed out a standard invoice from Peachtree, and then manually typed a letter containing the information. I want Peachtree to print a Word-like document for me to send to clients (in letter form). Is there any way to custimize an invoice to suit my needs?
Sure. Its kind of hard to explain. Best thing to do is to bring up one of the collection letters in design view to see how you can merge data objects with a somewhat formatted letter. Then apply the design to an invoice. Hope this helps.

I am fairly new with Peachtree, is there an easier way of explaining this, possibly with more detail?

Basically start off with one of Peachtree's invoices. Then save as a new one. The alter it to fit your needs by removing the information you do not want to appear on it and adding text in the form of a letter at the top. At the end you can end it with salutation.

Thank you both very much! One last question, can I insert data in between text?
Sure. It will take some design creativity on your part (spacing the data object between the text, etc) but it is fully capable of doing it.
