Payroll puzzle

I pay 11 employees using Peachtree Complete 2002. Two out of the eleven check (the same two every time) print with the written dollar amount being $1.00 less than the numeric dollar amount. This only happens when I process payroll in bulk, "Select for Payroll Entry", If I process these two checks one at a time in "Payroll Entry" they are fine. What is wrong? How can I fix it?

Make sure you're using the very latest printer driver for your printer. I've seen odd things happen with amounts due to printer driver bugs. If that doesn't resolve it, let us know what version of Peachtree (choose Help, About, and provide the full version number).

I seen peachtree print checks for $1 less than the amount but it always made the cents 100/100 cents. So a $250 check would be written as $249.00 and 100/100 cents. If this is the case, it isn't the printer driver. Check to see if there is an update to your version.
