I have tried to send 'invoices' via Adobe PDF but it can't recognize some of peachtree's alerts and other and basically blows up and i have to reboot. since we are in techno-age why isn't this easier to do than mailing invoice across country and taking 6 days to start the billing process? much thanks

Make sure you've enough memory to run Peachtree with Acrobat as both of them take lots of resources.

Also, always print your pdf output to the data folder of your company, otherwise the working folder of Peachtree will be changed that makes it unable to locate the company files, so error. ( this is a workaround for the known problem of Peachtree )

Hope this helps.

A much, much better solution to creating PDF files from Peachtree is to use 602PrintPack from

http://www.software602.com/products/printpack/

The program is only $19.95, which is less than 1/10th the cost of Adobe Acrobat. Plus, it offers a great Print2Mail option, which will directly attach your PDF file to an e-mail. This involves an extra step with Acrobat. Plus, you won't encounter the data path issues that Acrobat sometimes causes.
