Customer Email on Invoice to help shipping Airborne entry

I have tried repeated to enter in Customer EMAIL on invoice using the AUto DATA field (so it pulls automatically out of your BIO information on customer). It allows shipping address, and about 40 other fields,,,,.even YOUR own COMPANY email but not customers. SHipping Dept uses that to enter in Airborne 'self tracker notification' program which lowers considerably the number of calls you receive from customers. ANy ideas?? (without using Custom field which would require entering their EMAIl twice on the front end loading side). thanks

I think your only option is to use a custom field. If you just standardize on that as the e-mail address field, instead of the built-in e-mail address field, you won't have to enter it twice. I checked in Peachtree 2003...the customer e-mail address is still not an option for invoices.
