"Unexpected error - quitting" on open

Get "Unexpected error - quitting" when opening any company. Application then hangs and asks if you want to send the error to MS.
Created a new company, I get the same error. Any ideas? Thanks:

I would try uninstalling and reinstalling Peachtree

Reboot your computer into SAFE MODE (F8) and then try to open Peachtree. If it opens then you may be experiencing a software conflict with the likes of a Firewall program.
