has anyone noticed how slow Collection Manager is to run? Before we updated to version 9, it used to take about 10 minutes to run. Now it takes one hour + to run. I have called PT on this, but their response was some things will take longer to run with the new version. I don't buy this due to long running reports now run much faster. The Cash Manager is exactly the same problem. Any insight is appreciated!
