Backup File

I don't know how to BackUp File
becoz i find backup but no directory and location to find...
???

Peachtree automatically locate your data files, so no need to specify by yourself. Open a company in Peachtree, go to "File" then "Backup," select "Backup now..." Peachtree will ask you a file name, accept the default or give a name and press "Save."

All the data files of that company will be compressed to one single backup file in zip format.
