Chart of Accounts partially prints

When I try to bring up a division in the general ledger reports,chartof accounts, only part of the division comes up. The accounts stop half-way through. Why would this happen?

Check your Account Ranges in the Financial Design, under each reporting section. You may have selected a limited 'FROM' Account Number 'TO' Account Number ranges.

My range, from/to includes the whole division.
