Due Dates on PO's

Hello! I am doing some consulting for a small manufacturing company. In reviewing their Peachtree 2002 software, I don't see any due date field in the purchase order file.

Is there a work-around for this? How are other folks dealing with placing orders for out in the future, or for-that-matter, placing an item with multiple release dates?

I would appreciate any/all input.

The latest version, Peachtree 2003, includes a new "Good Through Date" field that you could use for this purpose. Regarding multiple releases, you could create multiple POs, or just invoice the partial shipments against a single PO.
