We are trying to create a Sales Order as activity occurs for different customer locations during the month (i.e., departments) and close them at the end of a month, with the invoice showing all the different location activity. Is this possible?

Is it possible to create an Invoice from a Sales Order?

We have a customer that has 200 different locations, all with different activity during the month.:cool:

Peachtree does allow you to create Invoices from Sales Orders and further allows for Back Orders. As such one or many Sales Invoices can be created from one Sales Order, until the Sales Order has been completely fulfilled or the SO is manually forced closed.

I fail to understand the rest of your post.

If you are talking about creating a single invoice that would incorporate multiple sales orders, then that is not possible in Peachtree. You may be able to use Jobs to accomplish what you want. I don't use Jobs so I can't be of any help.
