Freight Charge

I'm using Quantum 2009. I constantly use the shipping feature to ship out packages. The freight charge that we need to pay to UPS is real time And Peachtree will add the actual freight charge that we need to pay to UPS to the invoice automatically. Is there a way that we can change the setting that Peachtree not to add the freight to the invoice? Because we are billing our customer a fixed amount, that is a fixed price (freight included).

I'm not sure how Quantum works, I have PT Complete, but I can ship a package to a customer that is not attached to an invoice at all(charging whatever I want for shipping) or I can ship one that is attached to the invoice with extra "handling" charges that would total the flat rate amount.
