Printing problems One Write Plus

I recently converted from Dos One Write Plus to One Write for Windows 8.0. When I pay bills the system prints every invoice I am paying. How do you turn this off? I work for a Auto Body Shop and we buy 1000's of parts monthly, every order is on a different invoice and there is no way I want all these printed.
