We are running PchTr 2002 on a network. We recently added 2 new workstations and moved 2 workstations. We also added a new router. For some reason, we can no longer see employee/rep names in our system. We are unable to list a Sales Rep on Sales Invoices. If we click to drop down the list of Reps, the program freezes. If we go to Maintain/Employees, nothing is there and the program freezes. There is a file for Employees.dat. There seems to be data in it. It seems like PchTr quit looking at the file.

Anyone have an answer????

I would recommend reinstalling PT on the new workstations first. If it is still giving you trouble, reinstall it on all machines.

It it still doesn't work, write back to this forum and you'll probably need to do an integrity check.
