View Full Version : problem with print fields on checks

I am currently using Peachtree 2008, single user. I have a small business, and 2 of us can access Peachtree through a server (only one at a time can use it). Recently, the checks that I print are missing details at the top and bottom of the check. My fellow employee doesn't have this problem - her detail comes through just fine. When I go into customizing my form, the areas where I want detail to print are greyed out and I can't enter XXXXXX into it like her page shows. Does anyone have a suggestion as to how I can get the lines to print once again? The body of the check prints just fine, it's just the area where I would list invoice #s or other information that I want to appear on the check.

Your colleague must have the custom check form on her local computer. It belongs in the \Forms folder on your server which is usually in the \company folder.

If she opens the check form in design mode and then saves it, you'll see the file name and location. It will be something like APC00000.frm, APC00001.frm, APC00002.frm, etc. You can copy it to the server and then you should have access to it.
