Pop up boxes. In the old version they either opened in less annoying places or opened in the last place they were closed (I am not sure which). When you click on Amount paid at sale in sales invoices it opens near to top of the sales invoice screen and hides the invoice number which I always insert as the Reference number.
Also when you do a customer lookup on this screen the Find window opens up near the top left of the screen, I find I have to look for it.
