You will have to contact the host of your Online Backup Service. Typically, these services employ on-going or incremental backups. In short a sum of all of your backups allow for the total backup of your current data. You can not delete a part of the current backup, as you would need to purge all and then backup again. The new full backup will then be incremented by the related changes until you once again, flush the currrent backup and start again.

The online backup service is PEACHTREE. It came with the program - but you are only allowed so much space. It only is the Peachtree program backup and I have auto backups every other day. So you really didn't answer my question....does this Peachtree backup program delete the oldest backup when making a new one?????

The Peachree On-Line backup utilizes the concept that I listed. All of your backups, excepting the intial one are incremental. In short the sum of all of your backups work together to form one total backup. You may want to consider Carbonite as an alternate On-Line backup service.
