What I am looking for is a way to easily show the quantities of inventory items needed for a particular sales order. The sales order has only assemblies on it. What I need to do is show the quantity of the components used for those assemblies.
For example, if my product is a bottle of vodka mixed with orange juice, the sales order would look something like this:
Qty Item
10 Vodka Orange Juice
where 'Vodka Orange Juice' is an assembly that looks like this:
Component Qty
Vodka 2 Liter
Orange Juice 1 Liter
As of right now, I am using a Picklist Report, but the Picklist only shows that I need 10 Vodka Orange Juice assemblies.
How do I make a report that would summarize that for that Sales Order, I need 20 Liters of Vodka and 10 Liters of Orange Juice?
