Bank transactions dont download

Hi,

I have tried downloading my credit card transactions to peachtree with a csv file that I download from my online banking. But every time I try I get an error.

I go File/Import/accounts Payable/Purschasses Journal and OK and this is the error:
An error occurred importing the file ...purchase.csv . This happened on:
line number: 1
Field Name: credit memo

The funny thing is, there isnt even a field on the csv file called credit memo.

Anyway, I want to input them manually because they are not many but I dont know HOW to input them. .. HELP?

Enter your transactions via TASKS - Receipts (set up a Customer ID labeled CC Settlement or similar or you can use TASKS - General Journal entry.
