I have been able to format a financial statement in the Peachtree Financial Statement Wizard that calculates and prints the totals only of some accounts. THe next step I want to do is divide one total by the other to arrive at a percentage. Would anyone have any ideas? I have the understanding that formulas can only be created by referencing columns, not rows like Excel. And by the way, I am looking for a solution that does not involve exporting to Excel-my boss would like this report fully automated in Peachtree. Any suggestions?

I would also like to modify the way some percentages are calculated. Can I do this in Peachtree? or do I have to go to Crystal Reports? Going to Excel is not an option since I want the non-accountants to be able to print the financial statements.

I think it much more likely that non-accountants would have and be familar with Excel rather than Crystal Reports.
From Excel you can generate a report that extracts its data directly from Peachtree without any interaction by using either Peachtree's DDE interface or by using PawCom.
