PT Select Payroll?

Is there anyone using PT Select Payroll? They tell me that it completes the process from the Payroll Form that you are using. ie: it transfers the monies from your bank to the IRS so you don't have to manually login.

My question is this:

Does it automatically create a transaction of that payment somewhere in PT so that my reconciliation is correct, or do I have to manually enter the transaction still? Currently I create a check with the EFT confirmation # as the reference # so that my checking account stays current. :confused:
