I've been using Peachtree for years and have never had this problem... I have entered a receipt and it will not show up on my account reconcilliation. All of the other receipts for the month are listed... I have applied all of the payments to the customer's accounts and the deposit is listed in the receipts page just not in the account recon - Can anyone help...

Check and verify the GL Cash Account that the receipt was posted to. Also verify the date of the transaction. Following these steps, if the problem persists, then run Peachtree's Data Verification (FILE - Data Verification).

Also verify the deposit ticket id number. I would actually recommend adding a -01 or something to change it and save it again.

If you previously posted a receipt to Petty Cash or Bad Debts, the next receipt will default to that account. Make sure the receipt posted to your Cash account.
