P/R prints 2 checks per person

I have Peachtree Complete 2007. I have many pay grades, $35.00 to $42.00 per hour, depending on where they work in the state.

I usually use only 3 or four for a week. When I print out a check it wants to show all pay grades on the stub even though no time is entered for them. This means 2 checks are printed.

How can I have only the pay grades with time entered print?

There is no way to make it only print pay grades with time entered. You will need to create a custom payroll check that prints more pay fields on the stub.

Try using the Peachtree Payroll Check Form labeled PR Multi-Purp Laser w/15 Flds. This check form allows you to print more details on check stub by using a smaller print font.
