btrieve error

A client of mine has indicated that when they try to access Peachtree the following error message occurs: \H:Parameter of 80 is less than 100. Please correct and restart.

Any ideas?

Thanks for the info. but I'm unable to access the information when I click on that string. What now?

Go to www.peachtree.com, click on Support, then Knowledge Center. Set up a passport, if you don't already have one, then search for Btrieve Error. There's a document that's just titled Btrieve Error...that's what you need.
