Can't stop dozens of invoices from printing

Every time I try and print an invoice, the Peachtree software cues up 59 copies for the printer to print. I cannot find a way to prevent this from happening.

Are you using a Custom Form? There is an option under Customize Form where you can predefine the number of copies. Your description suggests that this is the case, here.

Thank you. I am using a custom form, but I have already adjusted for the number of copies. The number of copies is set at one. Still, it comes up and wants to print 59 copies of the same invoice. I have tried using the standard forms and the problem still exists.
This is not a printer problem since a Peachtree window appears and counts up the number of copies to print.
I have used various Peachtree versions for 15-20 years and recently updated to a network version of Peachtree Complete.

At this point I must assume it is a flaw in the Peachtree software. I have reloaded the program and still cannot get it to work. As I said I am an experienced Peachtree user and have tried all of the things I can think of. Nothing seems to work and there doesn't seem to be any answers from Peachtree regarding this issue.

I've seen problems like this with custom forms. In the background logic, unbeknownst to you, the high level form software sometimes loops through the records(command = read item record) of the database to get all the information for that form. If you add/copy some field to that form in the wrong place, it can loop too many times and do that.

AS Craig said, sometimes custom forms do not upgrade. I dont think this is a bug in the siftware, but rather something changed in the form design program. Why dont you use the current form design program and redesign your custom form.
