Inventory Item ID ???? in 2003

We are using Peachtree 2003 multi user version

We notice that when we open invoice or purchase order. Under the item id. Wehn we browse or lookup the item list. The item list is unevenly display and some of the discription are not fully display. However, in the maintain/Item Id. The display is OK and look fine.

For example

10001-BL Blue Colour T Shirt with Logo 3.00
10002-BK Black Colour T Shirt With Log 3.00
10003-YW Yellow Colour T Shirt With Lo 3.00

(Note: The item ID, Description and Balance are display not evenly)

Any idea to solve this problems

Try removing the word "colour" from the descriptions. It is redundant because you already give the color of each item. This should make the description strings small enough to display completely.

Off hand it looks like the font. The K is not as wide as the W.
