Change to 2 Still Appear 5 in Decimal Places

Hi

We recently converted our Peachtree Complete Accounting Version 8.00 to Peachtree 2003.

Howeber, we found out that, the decimal places is set to 5. I changed is back to 2. However, it still appear as 5 decimal places. Eventhough, The global setting is also set to 2 decimal places. I uninstall Peachtree and reinstall again. It still appear as the same.

I also check the sample company. It also appear as 5 decimal places and cannot be change to what I want.

Any idea of solve my problem.

We are using Peachtree 2003 in Network environment. With 5 user access.

Is this occuring on the screens where you enter data or on the forms when you print? If it's OK on the screen, but not on the forms, the problem lies in the form design. Also, check the Control Panel of your operating system and make sure your regional settings are also set to 2 places.
