We upgraded to Quantum 2010 yesterday.
We are having a strange problem:
We have windows that are created from reports that have no 'windows controls' in the upper right corner... no "-" to minimize, no box / dbl box to resize, no red X to close.
The window can't be resized by dragging a corner with the mouse. The window's appearance on the taskbar will not respond to a right-click of the mouse where you'd usually get an option to close, restore, etc.
I believe this happens to us AFTER we've open a second company.
You can move the window around on the desktop and I think you can use the scroll bar.
What you have to do is use " ALT + F4 " to close the window.
Anyone seen this? It's actually rather annoying.
Thanks!
