MAJOR PROBLEM--Can no longer open PT2010

PLEASE HELP--I was having problems with the performance tab. I couldn't open it in my current company but could with the sample and my other company. I tried to do a repair and now I can't get into PT at all. It says there's a problem and will shut me down. Then a few minutes later this come up:
PeachtreePrefetcher.exe Entry point not found

The procedure entry point ?Feature_Business_care@3QBDB could not be located in the dynamic link library.

I can not access the program at all.

I'm a single user, just upgraded from PT2009 complete.

Now What???

Probably it would be best to uninstall and reinstall. you can contact a support center to help with this, but they will charge. I think I can find some complete instructions.
