2007 complete w3dbav80.dll then error code 1

I cannot open Peachtree 2007 complete. I get a "w3dbav80.dll" error code. When I try to repair the problem, I get another error code-1. I am trying to close out the year end books. Help would be appreciated. Thank you, Steve.
