Add new user and rights

This may be an easy one!

I need to add a new user to Peachtree 2002. I don't know if I need to login as administrator or not.

If I do have to be administrator of Peachtree, the guy who setup that account left the company and doesn't remember the username or password.

1) How do I go about creating a new user with certain rights?

2) How do I change the username and password for a user that already exists?

After you are in Peachtree, go to the "maintain" bar at the top of your screen, and then go to users. From there you control access rights, password, and can create a new user by entering the name and password and clicking save.
