Re-index JrnlHdr.dat ?

In the course of reading other queries I have seen reference to re-indexing the JrnlHdr.dat file. But I can't find and instructions on how to do this either in the Peachtree 2002 manual or in the software help screens.

We will be rebuilding our company at year end and it sounds like re-indexing would be a good thing to do at that time.

How does one re-index?

I would not reindex your JrnlHdr.dat unless there was a specific reason for doing so. If you don't do it exactly right you stand the chance of introducing problems into your database.
