Hello again,
I have posted a message few minutes ago regarding the miscalculation of W/H taxes. Meanwhile I went and checked something:
In the global tax there are a loytof different formulas for all sorts of federal and state taxes but when I check the company it only has five taxes listed and all are state no federal. Is that OK?
The update that I purchased did not come with any instructions so I am not sure if I have to copy paste them onto company or what I am supposed to do.

Your Global tax tables are for each and every company in PT. The Company tax tables are specific for THAT company. Company tables include 401K, union, State Unemployment, sick, vac, etc. while the Global has each state's withholding formlula.

Thanks for the respond, but now I am back in square one where my W/H calculations for the state and federal are wrong,(medicare and S.S are calculated correctly) but now at last I know what needs to be where as far as the tables go.

What's wrong about the calculations? If an employee has additional state withholding then you must edit the State formula (i.e. Missouri w/h - MOSIT) by adding an additional line to the formula.
