Color Error

We have all of our computers running Peachtree Complete 2002 on a network. On one computer, a form prints in color. On another, the same form prints in black & white. Any suggestions on how to fix this. It might not even involve Peachtree.

Have you checked the printer driver versions, and settings, on both computers? Sounds like one is configured the way that you want, and the other isn't. Another good test would be whether other applications print correctly in color, so as to isolate whether it's a Peachtree problem or a Windows issue. I'd lean against it being a Peachtree issue, but you never know.
