Employee in payrol register but not showing up in w-2's HELP..

I have a employee that worked for 3 months in 2009 shows up in payrol register but when w-2's were printed employee not there. How do I fix this?

Check the Employee Record and specifically, his Federal and State or W4 settings.

everything is same as other employees...ran ic and repair....cant believe this is happening

Do the yearly earnings report and the w2s agree?

Any chance there is something wrong with that employee's Social Security Number? Or on the Employee's record on the Pay Info tab, is the box marked "Receives W-2's electronically" checked?
