View Full Version : Problems estimating shipments.

We are using PT Premium Accounting 2010 and we have come across something that is making it difficult to use the UPS shipping correctly.

We used to be able to go into either the "Create a Shipment" or "Estimate a Shipment" screen and estimate a shipment for customers. After we got pricing we could cancel out and not have to actually process the shipment through UPS.

I don't know if we inadvertently changed a setting somewhere, but we cannot close out the shipment screen unless we process the shipment. This is very obnoxious because we then have to go in an void the shipment. Upon pressing the close button, it just automatically processes the shipment.

I have looked around in all the settings I can think of but have not had any luck fixing this.
